Inouï continues to expand. The French brand's microfoams are now being sold in all Metro stores. Initially launched in May 2023 with a limited listing in the Loire Valley region, the newest range created by Bioplants is now accessible to all professional chefs. The microfoams are cultivated on their HEV-certified farms.
