Global shipping company MSC aims to expand its presence in Latin America, especially in Brazil, by acquiring a majority stake in Wilson Sons for BRL 4.35 billion. The deal, which began in October and was finalized on June 4 after approval from Brazil's National Waterway Transport Agency.
