New quarantine area in San Diego County due to Huanglongbing detection
Following the detection of the citrus plant disease Huanglongbing (HLB) in a residential citrus tree in the Rancho Bernardo area, a newly established quarantine area has been declared of the city of San Diego. This is the first time the disease has been confirmed in the city of San Diego, marking the second city in San Diego County to have had a positive detection of HLB.
