The combined potato production for the United States and Canada in 2025 is estimated at 538 million hundredweight (cwt), which is a 2 percent decrease from the 2024 estimate. In the United States, potato production is estimated at 412 million cwt, also down 2 percent from the previous year. Canadian potato growers harvested 126 million cwt, down from the previous year.
