Storm Goretti struck the west and north of France on Thursday night, with wind gusts reaching up to 213 km/h in some areas, especially along the English Channel coast. As of Monday, nearly 11,000 homes were still without electricity, primarily in Normandy and Brittany. Some farms have reported damage as well.
