The Australian Macadamia Society (AMS) has adjusted the forecast for the 2024 macadamia crop due to unfavorable weather conditions being the main contributing factor. The latest forecast now predicts a production of 50,830 tonnes in-shell at 3.5% moisture (equivalent to 54,500 tonnes in-shell at 10% moisture), a decrease from the previous estimate.
