UK court has granted permission for the Grocery Code Adjudicator (GCA) to join the lawsuit against an Aldi supplier.

The Groceries Code Adjudicator (GCA) will be permitted to get involved in a High Court case involving Aldi and two of its former suppliers of sprouts and brassicas. This marks one of the rare instances where the Groceries Supply Code of Practice (GSCOP) is directly applied in a UK courtroom. The decision was made by a Deputy.
