Unbeleafable salad coming to Co-op

Unbeleafable, the salad range from the UK-based vertical farm GrowUp, has been launched in Co-op. The convenience retailer is now offering the popular mild mixed baby leaves bagged salad in 250 of its stores nationwide. Unbeleafable leaves are grown and packed in a controlled environment at GrowUp's vertical farm.
