Flows Decree, one third of harvests pass through foreign hands
Almost 1/3 of the Made in Italy on the table is produced in the fields and in the stables by foreign hands, with 362,000 workers from all over the world regularly employed in agriculture, providing as much as 32% of the total number of working days needed in the sector in 2022. These are the findings of an analysis by Coldiretti, which collaborated on the Statistical Dossier
