The third meeting of the Pear Club is behind us
Despite the rainy weather, the attendance at the 3rd meeting of the Pear Club was good. A demonstration of winter pruning of pear trees was held on the farm of Mr and Mrs Piasecki, but that was not all....
On 9 January, another Pear Club meeting was held on the farm of Daniel and Emilia Piasecki in Palczew-Parcela near Warka. The winter pruning demonstration was conducted by Marcin Piesiewicz. In spite of the unfavourable weather conditions, the guests turned out in force and it was possible to carry out the show on 4 pear tree plots (on 3 different rootstocks). The fruit growers actively participated in the demonstration and asked numerous questions.
