The government will distribute 300 million to farmers for the increase in fertiliser prices.
The measure, as explained by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Luis Planas, is part of the Government's firm commitment to support farmers, livestock breeders and fishermen since the Russian invasion of Ukraine 11 months ago, who have had to face very significant increases in production costs.
The minister recalled that the prices of the
foods
are still very high.
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
