Pioneer farm for mushrooms from coffee grounds in the UK

At full capacity, the farm in Combe will sell 100 kg of its products through local farmers' markets and the non-profit group OxFarmToFork. An additional 15 kg will be delivered to the castle kitchens each week. The farm consists of three units for processing the substrate.
