- In this report, we examine the wholesale market prices of various types of peppers in Poland as of February 10, 2025. The analysis focuses on three main markets: Warsaw (Bronisze), Poznan (WGRO), and Wroclaw (Targpiast).
- At the Warsaw (Bronisze) market, the prices for imported red and yellow peppers range from €2.30 to €3.14 per kilogram, showing a 6.1% increase. Green imported peppers are priced between €2.51 and €2.93 per kilogram, reflecting an 8.3% rise.
- In Poznan (WGRO), red peppers are priced between €2.09 and €2.72 per kilogram (converted from a 5 kg unit price of €10.47 to €13.61), with no change in price. Similarly, green peppers cost €2.30 to €2.72 per kilogram, and yellow peppers range from €3.14 to €3.56 per kilogram, both showing no price changes.
- At the Wroclaw (Targpiast) market, white rożek peppers are priced between €2.51 and €3.35 per kilogram, with no change in price. Chili peppers cost from €5.24 to €6.28 per kilogram, also stable. Red peppers have increased by 7.1%, with prices ranging from €2.72 to €3.56 per kilogram. Green peppers, priced between €2.72 and €3.35 per kilogram, have seen a 3.6% increase, while yellow peppers have risen by 3.3%, now costing between €2.93 and €3.56 per kilogram.
