White "rożek" peppers were priced between €1.68 and €2.30 per kilogram, maintaining a stable price. Chili peppers were significantly higher, with prices ranging from €4.19 to €5.24 per kilogram. Both red and green peppers shared the same price range of €2.30 to €3.56 per kilogram, with no observed changes. Yellow peppers were also priced similarly, indicating a consistent pricing trend across these varieties.
  
• Meanwhile, the Bialystok (PCRT) market provided slightly different pricing for peppers on December 31, 2025. The general price for peppers was noted at €3.04 per kilogram, showing no variation. Chili peppers were consistently priced at €4.19 per kilogram, while "peperoni" peppers were distinctly higher at €7.33 per kilogram, both without any price change.
