- On June 28, 2024, we observed the prices of fresh cucumbers in various wholesale markets in Poland. Specifically, the data covers the Warsaw (Bronisze) and Poznan (WGRO) markets.
At the Warsaw (Bronisze) market, the price for field-grown cucumbers ranges from €0.73 to €1.15 per kilogram. The prices remain stable with no percentage change from the previous records. Similarly, brined cucumbers are priced between €1.47 and €1.88 per kilogram, and low-salt cucumbers range from €2.20 to €2.51 per kilogram, both categories showing no change in price. Greenhouse short cucumbers are sold for €0.73 to €0.94 per kilogram, also maintaining their price without any increase or decrease. - At the Poznan (WGRO) market, cucumbers are sold in 5 kg units with prices ranging from €3.56 to €4.19, translating to €0.71 to €0.84 per kilogram. The greenhouse cucumbers are also priced between €3.56 and €4.19 per 5 kg unit, which equals the same price range per kilogram. Prices in this market also remain unchanged from previous records.
