- In this report, we examine the prices of various types of peppers across different wholesale markets in Poland, as of the most recent data from November 20, 2025. Our analysis focuses on the markets in Warsaw (Bronisze), Poznan (WGRO), and Wroclaw (Targpiast).
- In Warsaw's Bronisze market, the price for red and yellow peppers ranges from €2.30 to €3.14 per kilogram with no price change observed. Green peppers are slightly more affordable, priced between €0.84 and €1.05 per kilogram, also showing stability with no change.
- Moving to Poznan's WGRO market, red peppers are sold in 5 kg units, with prices ranging from €5.86 to €6.70, translating to approximately €1.17 to €1.34 per kilogram. Green peppers in the same market are priced between €4.19 and €4.71 for 5 kg, equivalent to €0.84 to €0.94 per kilogram. Yellow peppers show a significant price increase of 13.7%, with prices ranging from €5.86 to €11.52 for 5 kg, or approximately €1.17 to €2.30 per kilogram.
- In Wroclaw's Targpiast market, the white "rożek" peppers have seen a notable price increase of 37.5%, with prices between €0.84 and €1.47 per kilogram. Chili peppers remain stable, priced from €4.19 to €5.24 per kilogram. Red and yellow peppers are priced similarly, ranging from €2.09 to €2.93 per kilogram, with no recent price changes. Green peppers are priced between €1.68 and €2.09 per kilogram, also showing price stability.
