• In this report, we analyze the current prices of various types of tomatoes in two major wholesale markets in Poland: Warsaw (Bronisze) and Poznan (WGRO), as of August 27, 2025.
  
• Starting with the Warsaw (Bronisze) market, the cocktail tomatoes are priced between €2.09 and €2.51 per kilogram, with no change observed compared to previous pricing. Ground tomatoes and rose tomatoes share the same price range, from €0.73 to €1.05 per kilogram, also showing stability in their prices. However, glasshouse tomatoes have experienced a significant price drop of 15.8%, now priced between €0.96 and €1.15 per kilogram.
  
• In Poznan (WGRO), the pricing structure is slightly different. Lima tomatoes are sold at a fixed price of €7.54 for a 6 kg package, translating to approximately €1.26 per kilogram, with no price change. Rose tomatoes are priced between €5.03 and €5.86 per 6 kg package, equating to €0.84 to €0.98 per kilogram, and have seen a minor decrease of 1.9%. Rosamunda tomatoes maintain a stable price of €12.57 for a 6 kg package, or €2.10 per kilogram. Glasshouse tomatoes are priced from €5.45 to €6.28 per 6 kg package, translating to €0.91 to €1.05 per kilogram, with no change. Lastly, plum tomatoes are priced between €8.38 and €8.59 for a 6 kg package, which is approximately €1.40 to €1.43 per kilogram, also showing price stability.
