- In the latest analysis of wholesale vegetable markets in Poland, we observe notable variations in tomato prices across different regions. On February 18, 2025, in Warsaw's Bronisze market, imported cocktail tomatoes were priced between €2.93 and €3.98 per kilogram, marking a decrease of 2.9%. General imported tomatoes in the same market saw stable prices ranging from €1.10 to €3.35 per kilogram. Meanwhile, rose tomatoes were priced between €3.35 and €5.45 per kilogram, with no change in price.
- In the Poznan market (WGRO), on the same date, rose tomatoes were sold in 6 kg packages priced between €25.13 and €27.23, translating to approximately €4.19 to €4.54 per kilogram, showing no price change. Greenhouse tomatoes were also stable, priced between €7.12 and €8.80 for a 6 kg package, equating to €1.19 to €1.47 per kilogram. Plum tomatoes were priced between €12.57 and €15.08 per 6 kg, or €2.10 to €2.51 per kilogram, with prices remaining unchanged.
- In Wroclaw's Targpiast market, on February 17, 2025, the price of general tomatoes increased by 9.5%, ranging from €1.88 to €2.93 per kilogram. Rose tomatoes experienced a slight increase of 2.4%, with prices ranging from €2.93 to €5.86 per kilogram.
