- In this report, we analyze the current prices of different varieties of peppers across various wholesale markets in Poland, as of the latest available data on September 10, 2025. The markets considered are Warsaw (Bronisze), Poznań (WGRO), and Wrocław (Targpiast).
- Starting with the Warsaw (Bronisze) market, the prices for red and yellow peppers range from €0.94 to €1.26 per kilogram, with no change observed in the price since the last update. Green peppers are priced between €0.84 and €1.15 per kilogram, also showing no change.
- Moving on to the Poznań (WGRO) market, red peppers are sold at €5.45 to €6.28 for a 5 kg unit, translating to €1.09 to €1.26 per kilogram. Green peppers are priced at €4.19 to €4.71 for 5 kg, equivalent to €0.84 to €0.94 per kilogram. Yellow peppers in Poznań are priced at €6.28 to €9.42 for 5 kg, or €1.26 to €1.88 per kilogram. All prices remain unchanged.
- In the Wrocław (Targpiast) market, we observe a significant decrease in prices. White peppers ("pepper white rożek") are priced between €0.63 and €0.84 per kilogram, with a notable decrease of 22.2%. Chili peppers range from €2.09 to €3.56 per kilogram, with no changes in price. Red peppers have decreased by 4.8%, now priced at €0.94 to €1.15 per kilogram. Green peppers have seen a 14.3% decrease, with prices ranging from €0.84 to €1.05 per kilogram. Yellow peppers are priced at €1.05 to €1.26 per kilogram, reflecting a 15.4% decrease.
