Comparison of Wholesale Prices of Tomatoes in Poland - Latest Information as of 9th June 2025

• In this report, we analyze the wholesale prices of various types of tomatoes in Poland, focusing on data from two major markets: Warsaw (Bronisze) and Poznań (WGRO).
  
• At the Warsaw (Bronisze) market, the prices for imported cocktail tomatoes range from €1.26 to €1.68 per kilogram, with no change from previous data. Rose tomatoes are priced between €0.89 and €1.26 per kilogram, also showing no price fluctuation. However, glasshouse tomatoes have experienced a significant increase in price, now ranging from €0.84 to €1.05 per kilogram, marking a 9.1% rise.
  
• In Poznań (WGRO), the situation is different. The price for rose tomatoes, recorded on 6th June 2025, is between €4.19 and €5.65 for a 6 kg unit, which translates to approximately €0.70 to €0.94 per kilogram. This represents a substantial decrease of 33.8%. The price for glasshouse tomatoes in Poznań, also noted on the 6th of June, is €5.24 for a 6 kg unit, or about €0.87 per kilogram, showing a 20.6% decline.
