Comparison of Wholesale Tomato Prices in Poland as of November 4, 2024

• In this report, we analyze the prices of various types of tomatoes across different wholesale markets in Poland as of November 4, 2024. The markets examined include Bronisze in Warsaw, WGRO in Poznan, and Targpiast in Wroclaw.
  
• At the Bronisze market in Warsaw, the price for imported cocktail tomatoes ranges from €2.72 to €3.14 per kilogram, with no change in price compared to the previous period. Imported standard tomatoes are priced between €1.36 and €1.68 per kilogram, also showing no price change. Rose tomatoes are available at prices between €1.39 and €1.88 per kilogram, while glasshouse tomatoes are priced from €1.05 to €1.68 per kilogram, both remaining stable.
  
• Moving to the WGRO market in Poznan, we observe that Lima tomatoes are priced at €0.88 per kilogram (based on a 6 kg package priced at €5.28), with no price fluctuation. Rose tomatoes in Poznan are priced between €1.92 and €2.10 per kilogram (converted from a 6 kg package), with prices remaining steady. Glasshouse tomatoes range from €1.57 to €1.92 per kilogram, and plum tomatoes are priced between €1.75 and €1.92 per kilogram, all showing no change in price.
  
• At the Targpiast market in Wroclaw, standard tomatoes are available at prices ranging from €1.47 to €2.30 per kilogram, maintaining their previous price levels. Rose tomatoes are priced between €2.09 and €2.72 per kilogram, with no observed changes in pricing.
