Potato Prices on Polish Wholesale Markets as of July 24, 2025

• In this report, we analyze the prices of potatoes on various wholesale markets across Poland, reflecting the most recent data available. The markets under review include Warsaw (Bronisze), Poznan (WGRO), Wroclaw (Targpiast), and Bialystok (PCRT).
  
• Starting with Warsaw (Bronisze), as of July 24, 2025, the price of standard potatoes ranged from €0.14 to €0.18 per kg, showing a significant decrease of 10.6%. For the IRGA variety, prices were slightly higher, between €0.24 and €0.29 per kg, with a smaller decline of 3.8%. The same price range applied to the iris variety, also experiencing a 3.8% decrease.
  
• In Poznan (WGRO), as of July 23, 2025, early potatoes were priced between €2.30 and €3.14 per 15 kg bag, translating to €0.15 to €0.21 per kg. This market showed no price change from previous data.
  
• Moving to Wroclaw (Targpiast), on July 24, 2025, early potatoes were priced between €0.21 and €0.31 per kg, with no change in price. Domestic potatoes were slightly more expensive, ranging from €0.36 to €0.42 per kg, also without any price variation.
  
• Finally, in Bialystok (PCRT), as of July 23, 2025, the price for early Cypriot potatoes was steady at €0.96 per kg, while Polish early potatoes were priced at €0.36 per kg, both showing no price changes.
