Price Analysis of Grapes in Polish Wholesale Markets as of February 24, 2025

In this report, we explore the current pricing of grapes across various wholesale markets in Poland, based on data available as of February 24, 2025. The markets included in this analysis are Warsaw (Bronisze), Poznań (WGRO), and Wrocław (Targpiast).

• Starting with the Warsaw (Bronisze) market, the latest data indicates stable pricing for imported white and red grapes. The price for white grapes ranges between €3.35 and €4.82 per kilogram, while red grapes are slightly more varied, ranging from €3.14 to €5.24 per kilogram. There has been no percentage change in these prices.
  
• Turning to the Poznań (WGRO) market, prices are presented differently. Here, grapes are sold by the box, so we have recalculated to provide per-kilogram estimates. For standard grapes, a 4.5 kg box costs between €11.52 and €18.85, translating to €2.56 to €4.19 per kilogram. White grapes, sold in an 8.2 kg box, cost between €33.51 and €41.89, which converts to €4.09 to €5.11 per kilogram. Black grapes are offered in 7 kg boxes, ranging from €15.71 to €18.85, or €2.24 to €2.69 per kilogram. Red Globe grapes are priced between €19.90 and €26.18 for an 8.2 kg box, equating to €2.43 to €3.19 per kilogram. Prices in Poznań also remain unchanged.
  
• In Wrocław (Targpiast), the pricing on February 24, 2025, stands as follows: White grapes are priced from €3.56 to €4.40 per kilogram, while red grapes range from €3.35 to €3.98 per kilogram. Similar to the other markets, no changes in prices have been recorded.
