- The latest data on wholesale pepper prices in Poland reveals varying rates across different markets. Let's analyze and compare the prices from Warsaw (Bronisze), Poznan (WGRO), and Wroclaw (Targpiast).
- In Warsaw (Bronisze), as of August 20, 2024, the prices for red and yellow peppers range from €0.84 to €1.15 per kilogram, showing no change from previous prices. The green pepper is slightly more expensive, priced between €0.99 and €1.15 per kilogram, also with no change.
- In Poznan (WGRO), as of August 19, 2024, red and yellow peppers are priced similarly, with the minimum price at €5.65 per 5 kg box (€1.13/kg) and the maximum at €6.28 per 5 kg box (€1.26/kg). Green peppers are slightly cheaper, ranging from €4.61 per 5 kg box (€0.92/kg) to €5.24 per 5 kg box (€1.05/kg). All prices in Poznan have remained stable.
- In Wroclaw (Targpiast), also as of August 19, 2024, white rożek peppers are priced between €1.26 and €1.68 per kilogram, with no change observed. Chili peppers range from €2.09 to €3.14 per kilogram, maintaining their previous price levels. Red peppers, however, experienced a notable decrease of 12%, now priced between €1.05 and €1.26 per kilogram. Green peppers remain stable at €1.05 to €1.26 per kilogram. Yellow peppers are priced between €1.15 and €1.47 per kilogram, with no change.
