The prices of celery and celeriac on different wholesale markets in Poland exhibit some interesting variations as of August 13, 2024.
On the Bronisze market in Warsaw, the price of celery ranges between 0.84 and 1.26 EUR per piece, with no change compared to the previous data. Celeriac, sold by the kilogram, has a price range of 0.94 to 1.15 EUR, also showing no change. Early celeriac is priced at 0.42 to 0.63 EUR per piece, without any variation compared to former statistics.
In Poznan (WGRO), the price for celeriac root is recorded for a 5 kg unit. Calculated to one kilogram, the price is fixed at 0.42 EUR, which shows no fluctuation from previous records.
On the Praska Giełda Spożywcza, celeriac is priced uniformly at 1.05 EUR per kg, with celery similarly priced at 1.05 EUR per piece. Both prices have not changed from previous data.
At Wroclaw (Targpiast), celeriac exhibits a price range of 1.05 to 1.26 EUR per kg, and the pricing remains unchanged.
On the Kalisz market (Gielda Kaliska), the price of domestic celeriac is 1.05 EUR per kg, which has increased by 25.0%. Meanwhile, celeriac with leaves in a bunch sees a price reduction of 10.0%, with prices now between 0.42 and 0.52 EUR per bunch.
