• Sur le marché de Varsovie (Bronisze), le prix du chou blanc oscille entre 0,28 et 0,32 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou rouge se vend entre 0,38 et 0,47 EUR par kilogramme, tandis que le prix du chou chinois varie de 0,68 à 0,94 EUR par kilogramme. • In this report, we will examine the prices of different types of cabbages in wholesale markets in Poland, focusing on the markets in Warsaw (Bronisze), Poznań (WGRO), Łódź (Zjazdowa), and Kraków (Rybitwy), with the most recent data from September 12, 2024.
  
• In the Warsaw (Bronisze) market, the price of white cabbage ranges from 0.28 to 0.32 EUR per kilogram. Red cabbage sells for between 0.38 and 0.47 EUR per kilogram, while Chinese cabbage varies from 0.68 to 0.94 EUR per kilogram. Savoy cabbage is the most expensive here, with prices ranging from 1.26 to 1.68 EUR per kilogram. No price changes have been observed for these products.
  
• In Poznań (WGRO), white cabbage sells for between 0.73 and 0.84 EUR per piece, which is significantly higher than prices in Warsaw. Chinese cabbage, sold in 10 kg cartons, costs between 12.57 and 13.61 EUR, which translates to a unit price of 1.26 to 1.36 EUR per kilogram. Savoy cabbage is sold at 5.03 EUR for 6 pieces, or approximately 0.84 EUR per piece. Again, no price changes have been noted.
  
• In Łódź (Zjazdowa), prices for fresh-grown white cabbage range from 0.42 to 1.26 EUR per piece. Red cabbage is sold between 2.09 and 5.24 EUR for a 10 kg bag, or 0.21 to 0.52 EUR per kilogram. Chinese cabbage, sold in 5 kg bags, costs between 5.24 and 8.38 EUR, or 1.05 to 1.68 EUR per kilogram. Savoy cabbage sells for between 1.05 and 1.68 EUR per piece. Prices have remained stable here as well.
  
• Finally, in the Kraków (Rybitwy) market, prices for white cabbage range from 0.94 to 1.05 EUR per kilogram. Red cabbage is slightly cheaper, with prices ranging from 0.46 to 0.52 EUR per kilogram. Chinese cabbage sells for between 0.73 and 0.84 EUR per piece, while Savoy cabbage costs between 0.88 and 0.94 EUR per piece, with no price changes noted.
