Comparaison des Prix des Choux sur les Marchés de Gros en Pologne au 16 Juillet 2024

• Dans ce rapport, nous analysons les prix des différents types de choux sur les marchés de gros en Pologne, en nous basant sur les données recueillies au 16 juillet 2024. Les marchés pris en compte sont ceux de Varsovie (Bronisze), Poznań (WGRO) et Łódź (Zjazdowa).
  
• À Varsovie (Bronisze), le prix du chou blanc varie entre 0,21 EUR et 0,29 EUR par kilogramme, sans changement par rapport à la période précédente. Le chou blanc précoce est vendu entre 0,94 EUR et 1,15 EUR la pièce, également sans variation. Le chou rouge se situe entre 0,23 EUR et 0,29 EUR par kilogramme, et la choucroute a connu une augmentation significative de +43,8%, avec des prix allant de 0,94 EUR à 1,47 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou chinois est vendu entre 0,84 EUR et 1,05 EUR par kilogramme, tandis que le chou de Savoie est proposé au même prix que la choucroute, soit entre 0,94 EUR et 1,47 EUR par kilogramme.
  
• Sur le marché de Poznań (WGRO), le chou blanc est vendu à un prix allant de 0,63 EUR à 0,84 EUR la pièce. Le chou blanc précoce est vendu en lots de six pièces pour un prix variant entre 3,77 EUR et 4,40 EUR, ce qui équivaut à environ 0,63 EUR à 0,73 EUR par pièce. Le chou chinois est disponible en cartons de 10 kg pour un prix allant de 8,38 EUR à 9,42 EUR, soit environ 0,84 EUR à 0,94 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou de Savoie est vendu en lots de six pièces pour un prix fixe de 5,03 EUR, soit environ 0,84 EUR par pièce.
  
• À Łódź (Zjazdowa), le chou est vendu en sacs, avec des prix allant de 5,45 EUR à 8,38 EUR par sac. Le chou rouge est proposé en cartons de 10 kg pour un prix variant entre 3,14 EUR et 5,24 EUR, soit environ 0,31 EUR à 0,52 EUR par kilogramme. • In this report, we analyze the prices of different types of cabbage in Polish wholesale markets, based on data collected on July 16, 2024. The markets considered are Warsaw (Bronisze), Poznań (WGRO), and Łódź (Zjazdowa).
  
• In Warsaw (Bronisze), the price of white cabbage ranges from 0.21 EUR to 0.29 EUR per kilogram, with no change from the previous period. Early white cabbage is sold between 0.94 EUR and 1.15 EUR per piece, also with no variation. Red cabbage is priced between 0.23 EUR and 0.29 EUR per kilogram, and sauerkraut has seen a significant increase of +43.8%, with prices ranging from 0.94 EUR to 1.47 EUR per kilogram. Chinese cabbage is sold between 0.84 EUR and 1.05 EUR per kilogram, while Savoy cabbage is priced the same as sauerkraut, between 0.94 EUR and 1.47 EUR per kilogram.
  
• In the Poznań (WGRO) market, white cabbage is sold at prices ranging from 0.63 EUR to 0.84 EUR per piece. • In Łódź (Zjazdowa), cabbage is sold in bags, with prices ranging from 5.45 EUR to 8.38 EUR per bag. Red cabbage is offered in 10 kg cartons for prices ranging from 3.14 EUR to 5.24 EUR, or about 0.31 EUR to 0.52 EUR per kilogram. Sauerkraut is sold between 0.84 EUR and 0.94 EUR per kilogram. Fresh-grown white cabbage is available at prices ranging from 0.42 EUR to 1.05 EUR per piece. Chinese cabbage is sold in 5 kg cartons for prices ranging from 3.77 EUR to 5.45 EUR, or about 0.75 EUR to 1.09 EUR per kilogram. Savoy cabbage is sold between 1.05 EUR and 1.68 EUR per piece.
