Comparaison des prix des choux sur les marchés de gros en Pologne au 16 mai 2025

• Dans ce rapport, nous examinons les prix des différents types de choux sur trois principaux marchés de gros en Pologne : Varsovie (Bronisze), Poznań (WGRO) et Łódź (Zjazdowa), au 16 mai 2025.
  
• Sur le marché de Varsovie (Bronisze), le prix du chou blanc varie entre 0,79 et 0,89 EUR par kilogramme, sans changement par rapport à la période précédente. Pour le chou blanc précoce, vendu à la pièce, le prix se situe entre 0,94 et 1,26 EUR, marquant une augmentation significative de 16,7%. Le chou rouge se vend entre 1,05 et 1,26 EUR/kg, et le chou chinois entre 0,42 et 0,63 EUR/kg, les deux sans changement de prix. Le chou frisé est proposé entre 1,26 et 1,68 EUR/kg.
  
• À Poznań (WGRO), le chou blanc est vendu à la pièce entre 0,73 et 0,80 EUR. Le chou blanc précoce est vendu par lot de 6 pièces pour un prix allant de 6,28 à 7,54 EUR, soit environ 1,05 à 1,26 EUR par pièce. Le chou chinois est proposé à un prix fixe de 7,33 EUR pour 10 kg, soit environ 0,73 EUR/kg. Le chou frisé est vendu par lot de 6 pièces, pour un total de 8,80 à 9,42 EUR, soit environ 1,47 à 1,57 EUR par pièce.
  
• À Łódź (Zjazdowa), le chou blanc frais est vendu à la pièce entre 0,52 et 1,26 EUR. Le chou rouge, vendu en sacs de 10 kg, coûte entre 8,38 et 12,57 EUR, soit 0,84 à 1,26 EUR/kg. Le chou chinois est disponible en sacs de 5 kg pour un prix de 2,09 à 5,24 EUR, soit 0,42 à 1,05 EUR/kg. Enfin, le chou frisé est proposé à la pièce pour un prix de 1,26 à 2,09 EUR.

• Comparison of Cabbage Prices in Wholesale Markets in Poland on May 16, 2025

• In this report, we examine the prices of different types of cabbages in three major wholesale markets in Poland: Warsaw (Bronisze), Poznań (WGRO), and Łódź (Zjazdowa), as of May 16, 2025.
  
• In the Warsaw market (Bronisze), the price of white cabbage ranges from 0.79 to 0.89 EUR per kilogram, with no change from the previous period. Early white cabbage, sold by the piece, is priced between 0.94 and 1.26 EUR, marking a significant increase of 16.7%. Red cabbage sells for between 1.05 and 1.26 EUR/kg, and Chinese cabbage between 0.42 and 0.63 EUR/kg, both with no price change. Savoy cabbage is offered between 1.26 and 1.68 EUR/kg.
  
• In Poznań (WGRO), white cabbage is sold by the piece for between 0.73 and 0.80 EUR. Early white cabbage is sold in packs of 6 pieces for a price ranging from 6.28 to 7.54 EUR, approximately 1.05 to 1.26 EUR per piece. Chinese cabbage is offered at a fixed price of 7.33 EUR for 10 kg, approximately 0.73 EUR/kg. Savoy cabbage is sold in packs of 6 pieces for a total of 8.80 to 9.42 EUR, approximately 1.47 to 1.57 EUR per piece.
  
• In Łódź (Zjazdowa), fresh white cabbage is sold by the piece for between 0.52 and 1.26 EUR. Red cabbage, sold in 10 kg bags, costs between 8.38 and 12.57 EUR, or 0.84 to 1.26 EUR/kg. Chinese cabbage is available in 5 kg bags for a price of 2.09 to 5.24 EUR, or 0.42 to 1.05 EUR/kg. Finally, savoy cabbage is offered by the piece for a price of 1.26 to 2.09 EUR.
