• Dans ce rapport, nous analyserons et comparerons les prix des choux (blanc, rouge, chinois, et de Savoie) sur différents marchés de gros en Pologne, en utilisant les données les plus récentes disponibles au 18 juillet 2024.
  
• Sur le marché de gros de Varsovie (Bronisze), le prix du chou blanc varie entre 0,31 et 0,40 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou blanc précoce est vendu entre 0,94 et 1,15 EUR par pièce. Le chou rouge y est proposé entre 0,27 et 0,34 EUR par kilogramme. La choucroute coûte entre 0,94 et 1,47 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou chinois est à 0,84-1,05 EUR par kilogramme, tandis que le chou de Savoie est également à 0,94-1,47 EUR par kilogramme.
  
• À Poznań (WGRO), les prix du chou blanc sont de 0,63 à 0,84 EUR par pièce. Le chou blanc précoce est vendu à 3,77-4,40 EUR pour six pièces, ce qui revient à environ 0,63-0,73 EUR par pièce. Le chou chinois est à 8,38-9,42 EUR pour dix kilogrammes, soit environ 0,84-0,94 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou de Savoie est à 5,03 EUR pour six pièces, soit environ 0,84 EUR par pièce.
  
• À Łódź (Zjazdowa), le chou blanc est vendu entre 5,45 et 8,38 EUR par sac, ce qui revient à environ 0,55-0,84 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou rouge coûte entre 3,14 et 5,24 EUR pour dix kilogrammes, soit environ 0,31-0,52 EUR par kilogramme. La choucroute est à 0,84-0,94 EUR par kilogramme. • In this report, we will analyze and compare the prices of cabbages (white, red, Chinese, and Savoy) in various wholesale markets in Poland, using the most recent data available as of July 18, 2024.
  
• In the Warsaw (Bronisze) wholesale market, the price of white cabbage ranges from 0.31 to 0.40 EUR per kilogram. Early white cabbage is sold at 0.94 to 1.15 EUR per piece. Red cabbage is offered at 0.27 to 0.34 EUR per kilogram. Sauerkraut costs between 0.94 and 1.47 EUR per kilogram. Chinese cabbage is priced at 0.84-1.05 EUR per kilogram, while Savoy cabbage is also at 0.94-1.47 EUR per kilogram.
  
• In Poznań (WGRO), the prices of white cabbage range from 0.63 to 0.84 EUR per piece. Early white cabbage is sold at 3.77-4.40 EUR for six pieces, which translates to approximately 0.63-0.73 EUR per piece. Chinese cabbage is priced at 8.38-9.42 EUR for ten kilograms, or approximately 0.84-0.94 EUR per kilogram. Savoy cabbage is priced at 5.03 EUR for six pieces, or about 0.84 EUR per piece.
  
• In Łódź (Zjazdowa), white cabbage is sold between 5.45 and 8.38 EUR per bag, which translates to approximately 0.55-0.84 EUR per kilogram. Red cabbage costs between 3.14 and 5.24 EUR for ten kilograms, or about 0.31-0.52 EUR per kilogram. Sauerkraut is priced at 0.84-0.94 EUR per kilogram. Fresh white cabbage is priced at 0.42-1.05 EUR per piece. Chinese cabbage is priced at 3.77-5.45 EUR for five kilograms, or approximately 0.75-1.09 EUR per kilogram. Savoy cabbage is priced at 1.05-1.68 EUR per piece.
