Comparaison des prix des choux sur les marchés de gros en Pologne au 19 mai 2025

• Dans ce rapport, nous analysons les prix des différents types de choux sur les marchés de gros en Pologne, en nous concentrant sur Varsovie (Bronisze), Poznań (WGRO) et Łódź (Zjazdowa) au 19 mai 2025.
  
• Sur le marché de Varsovie (Bronisze), le chou blanc se vend entre 0,73 et 0,84 EUR par kilogramme, sans changement par rapport à la période précédente. Le chou blanc précoce, quant à lui, affiche une baisse de prix de 9,5%, avec des prix allant de 0,84 à 1,15 EUR par pièce. Le chou rouge et le chou chinois sont respectivement vendus entre 1,05 et 1,26 EUR, et 0,42 à 0,63 EUR par kilogramme, sans variation de prix. Le chou de Milan présente un prix stable entre 1,26 et 1,68 EUR par kilogramme.
  
• À Poznań (WGRO), les prix du chou blanc varient de 0,73 à 0,80 EUR par pièce. Le chou blanc précoce est vendu en colis de 6 pièces, avec un prix total allant de 4,40 à 5,03 EUR, ce qui équivaut à environ 0,73 à 0,84 EUR par pièce. Le chou chinois précoce est proposé entre 5,86 et 7,33 EUR pour un carton de 10 kg, soit environ 0,59 à 0,73 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou de Milan est vendu en colis de 6 pièces, avec des prix allant de 8,80 à 9,42 EUR, ce qui équivaut à environ 1,47 à 1,57 EUR par pièce.
  
• À Łódź (Zjazdowa), le chou est vendu en sacs de 10 kg entre 12,57 et 18,85 EUR, soit environ 1,26 à 1,89 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou rouge est proposé à des prix similaires, de 8,38 à 12,57 EUR pour 10 kg, soit 0,84 à 1,26 EUR par kilogramme. La choucroute est disponible entre 0,84 et 1,05 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou blanc frais est vendu entre 0,52 et 1,26 EUR par pièce. • In this report, we analyze the prices of various types of cabbages on wholesale markets in Poland, focusing on Warsaw (Bronisze), Poznań (WGRO), and Łódź (Zjazdowa) as of May 19, 2025.
  
• On the Warsaw (Bronisze) market, white cabbage is sold between 0.73 and 0.84 EUR per kilogram, with no change from the previous period. Early white cabbage, on the other hand, shows a price decrease of 9.5%, with prices ranging from 0.84 to 1.15 EUR per piece. Red cabbage and Chinese cabbage are sold at 1.05 to 1.26 EUR, and 0.42 to 0.63 EUR per kilogram, respectively, with stable prices. Savoy cabbage is priced steadily between 1.26 and 1.68 EUR per kilogram.
  
• In Poznań (WGRO), white cabbage prices range from 0.73 to 0.80 EUR per piece. Early white cabbage is sold in packages of 6 pieces, with a total price ranging from 4.40 to 5.03 EUR, which equates to approximately 0.73 to 0.84 EUR per piece. Early Chinese cabbage is offered between 5.86 and 7.33 EUR for a 10 kg box, or about 0.59 to 0.73 EUR per kilogram. Savoy cabbage is sold in packages of 6 pieces, with prices ranging from 8.80 to 9.42 EUR, equating to approximately 1.47 to 1.57 EUR per piece.
  
• In Łódź (Zjazdowa), cabbage is sold in 10 kg bags between 12.57 and 18.85 EUR, or about 1.26 to 1.89 EUR per kilogram. Red cabbage is available at similar prices, from 8.38 to 12.57 EUR for 10 kg, or 0.84 to 1.26 EUR per kilogram. Sauerkraut is available between 0.84 and 1.05 EUR per kilogram. Fresh-grown white cabbage is sold between 0.52 and 1.26 EUR per piece. Finally, Chinese cabbage is offered between 2.09 and 5.24 EUR for 5 kg, approximately 0.42 to 1.05 EUR per kilogram, and Savoy cabbage between 1.26 and 2.09 EUR per piece.
