• Dans ce rapport, nous analyserons les prix des différents types de choux sur les marchés de gros en Pologne, en date du 2 février 2026. Les marchés examinés incluent Bronisze à Varsovie et Zjazdowa à Łódź.
  
• Sur le marché de Bronisze à Varsovie, le prix du chou blanc varie entre 0,15 et 0,18 EUR par kilogramme, sans changement par rapport aux jours précédents. Le chou rouge y est proposé entre 0,15 et 0,21 EUR par kilogramme, également stable. Quant au chou chinois, son prix est compris entre 0,84 et 1,05 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou frisé est vendu entre 0,63 et 0,84 EUR par kilogramme, et la choucroute se situe dans la même fourchette de prix que le chou chinois, à savoir entre 0,84 et 1,05 EUR par kilogramme.

• In this report, we will analyze the prices of different types of cabbage on wholesale markets in Poland, dated February 2, 2026. The markets examined include Bronisze in Warsaw and Zjazdowa in Łódź.
  
• On the Bronisze market in Warsaw, the price of white cabbage ranges from 0.15 to 0.18 EUR per kilogram, with no change from previous days. Red cabbage is offered between 0.15 and 0.21 EUR per kilogram, also stable. As for Chinese cabbage, its price is between 0.84 and 1.05 EUR per kilogram. Savoy cabbage is sold between 0.63 and 0.84 EUR per kilogram, and sauerkraut is in the same price range as Chinese cabbage, namely between 0.84 and 1.05 EUR per kilogram.
