Comparaison des prix des choux sur les marchés de gros en Pologne au 2 septembre 2024

• Le rapport suivant analyse les prix des différents types de choux sur les marchés de gros de Varsovie (Bronisze) et de Łódź (Zjazdowa) en Pologne au 2 septembre 2024.
  
• À Varsovie (Bronisze), le prix du chou blanc varie entre 0,26 et 0,31 EUR par kilogramme, sans changement par rapport à la période précédente. Par contre, le chou blanc précoce est vendu entre 1,02 et 1,15 EUR par pièce, enregistrant une hausse de 5,1%. Le chou rouge se situe entre 0,38 et 0,42 EUR par kilogramme, sans variation. La choucroute est stable, avec des prix allant de 1,02 à 1,10 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou chinois est également stable, avec des prix compris entre 0,90 et 1,05 EUR par kilogramme. Enfin, le chou de Savoie oscille entre 1,26 et 1,68 EUR par kilogramme, sans changement.
  
• À Łódź (Zjazdowa), le chou est vendu en sac de 10 kg, avec des prix variant de 4,19 à 6,28 EUR, soit entre 0,42 et 0,63 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou rouge est également vendu en sac de 10 kg, avec des prix allant de 2,09 à 5,24 EUR, ce qui correspond à un prix par kilogramme de 0,21 à 0,52 EUR. Le chou précoce pour choucroute est vendu entre 0,84 et 1,26 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou blanc frais est disponible entre 0,42 et 1,26 EUR par pièce.
