• Dans ce rapport, nous comparons les prix des différents types de choux sur deux marchés de gros en Pologne : Varsovie (Bronisze) et Łódź (Zjazdowa) au 29 septembre 2025. Les données montrent une stabilité générale des prix, sans changement significatif par rapport à la période précédente.
  
• À Varsovie (Bronisze), le prix du chou blanc varie entre 0,13 et 0,17 EUR/kg, tandis que le chou rouge se situe entre 0,19 et 0,23 EUR/kg. Le chou de Savoie est légèrement plus cher, avec des prix allant de 0,84 à 1,05 EUR/kg. Le chou chinois est au même niveau, avec un prix compris entre 0,79 et 1,05 EUR/kg. La choucroute est proposée à des prix allant de 1,05 à 1,15 EUR/kg.
  
• À Łódź (Zjazdowa), le chou blanc est vendu en unités, avec un prix allant de 0,42 à 1,05 EUR par pièce. Pour des sacs de chou, le prix est de 4,19 à 6,28 EUR, ce qui équivaut à environ 0,42 à 0,63 EUR/kg. Le chou rouge est vendu par 10 kg, avec un prix de 2,09 à 5,24 EUR, soit environ 0,21 à 0,52 EUR/kg. La choucroute est légèrement plus chère qu'à Varsovie, avec un prix de 1,05 à 1,47 EUR/kg.
