• Le présent rapport se penche sur les prix des différents types de choux sur les marchés de gros en Pologne, en se basant sur les données les plus récentes disponibles au 9 septembre 2024.
  
• Sur le marché de Varsovie (Bronisze), le prix du chou blanc varie entre 0,27 EUR et 0,32 EUR par kilogramme, sans changement par rapport aux relevés précédents. Le chou blanc précoce est vendu entre 0,84 EUR et 1,05 EUR par pièce, enregistrant une baisse de 5,3%. Le chou rouge est stable entre 0,38 EUR et 0,47 EUR par kilogramme. Le prix de la choucroute reste inchangé entre 1,02 EUR et 1,10 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou chinois est également stable, avec des prix allant de 0,81 EUR à 0,94 EUR par kilogramme. Enfin, le chou de Savoie se vend entre 1,26 EUR et 1,68 EUR par kilogramme, sans changement.
  
• À Poznań (WGRO), le chou blanc se vend entre 5,03 EUR et 5,86 EUR pour un sac de 20 kg, soit environ 0,25 EUR à 0,29 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou chinois coûte entre 12,57 EUR et 13,61 EUR pour 10 kg, soit environ 1,26 EUR à 1,36 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou rouge se vend entre 2,09 EUR et 5,24 EUR pour 10 kg, soit environ 0,21 EUR à 0,52 EUR par kilogramme. Le prix de la choucroute précoce est stable entre 0,84 EUR et 1,26 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou blanc frais est vendu entre 0,42 EUR et 1,26 EUR par pièce. Le chou chinois coûte entre 5,24 EUR et 8,38 EUR pour 5 kg, soit environ 1,05 EUR à 1,68 EUR par kilogramme. • This report focuses on the prices of different types of cabbage in wholesale markets in Poland, based on the most recent data available as of September 9, 2024.
  
• In the Warsaw (Bronisze) market, the price of white cabbage ranges from 0.27 EUR to 0.32 EUR per kilogram, with no change from previous listings. Early white cabbage is sold between 0.84 EUR and 1.05 EUR per piece, recording a 5.3% decrease. Red cabbage is stable between 0.38 EUR and 0.47 EUR per kilogram. The price of sauerkraut remains unchanged between 1.02 EUR and 1.10 EUR per kilogram. Chinese cabbage is also stable, with prices ranging from 0.81 EUR to 0.94 EUR per kilogram.
