• Le présent rapport vise à comparer les prix des différents types de choux sur deux marchés de gros en Pologne, à savoir Varsovie (Bronisze) et Łódź (Zjazdowa), en date du 2 août 2024.
  
• Sur le marché de Varsovie (Bronisze), les prix du chou blanc varient entre 0,26 EUR et 0,37 EUR par kilogramme, sans changement par rapport à la période précédente. Le chou blanc précoce est vendu entre 0,84 EUR et 1,05 EUR la pièce, également sans changement. Le prix du chou rouge est similaire, oscillant entre 0,27 EUR et 0,38 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou fermenté (sauerkraut) est proposé entre 1,10 EUR et 1,26 EUR par kilogramme.
  
• En revanche, le prix du chou chinois sur ce marché a connu une baisse significative de 18,2 %, avec des prix allant de 0,84 EUR à 1,05 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou de Savoie se vend entre 1,26 EUR et 1,68 EUR par kilogramme, sans changement.
  
• Sur le marché de Łódź (Zjazdowa), les prix du chou blanc varient entre 0,42 EUR et 1,26 EUR la pièce.
