• Dans ce rapport, nous analysons les prix des différentes variétés de choux sur les marchés en gros de Pologne à la date du 15 mai 2025. Nous examinerons les marchés de Varsovie (Bronisze), Poznań (WGRO) et Łódź (Zjazdowa).
  
• À Varsovie (Bronisze), le prix du chou blanc se situe entre 0,79 et 0,89 EUR par kilogramme, sans changement par rapport aux cotations précédentes. Le chou rouge est légèrement plus cher, avec un prix allant de 1,05 à 1,26 EUR/kg. Le chou de Savoie atteint des prix de 1,26 à 1,68 EUR/kg. Le chou chinois est le plus abordable, avec des prix variant de 0,42 à 0,63 EUR/kg.
  
• À Poznań (WGRO), le chou blanc est vendu à l'unité entre 0,73 et 0,80 EUR. Le chou blanc précoce est proposé à un prix de 6,28 à 7,54 EUR pour 6 pièces, soit environ 1,05 à 1,26 EUR par pièce. Le chou chinois, vendu par carton de 10 kg, est à 7,33 EUR, soit environ 0,73 EUR/kg. • In this report, we analyze the prices of different varieties of cabbages on wholesale markets in Poland as of May 15, 2025. We will examine the markets in Warsaw (Bronisze), Poznań (WGRO), and Łódź (Zjazdowa).
  
• In Warsaw (Bronisze), the price of white cabbage ranges from 0.79 to 0.89 EUR per kilogram, with no change from previous listings. Red cabbage is slightly more expensive, priced between 1.05 and 1.26 EUR/kg. Savoy cabbage reaches prices of 1.26 to 1.68 EUR/kg.
