• Ce rapport compare les prix des différents types de choux sur les marchés de gros de Varsovie (Bronisze), Poznań (WGRO) et Łódź (Zjazdowa) en Pologne, à la date du 18 septembre 2024.
  
• Sur le marché de gros de Varsovie (Bronisze), le prix du chou blanc varie entre 0,28 EUR et 0,32 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou rouge est légèrement plus cher, avec un prix allant de 0,38 EUR à 0,47 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou chinois coûte entre 0,63 EUR et 0,84 EUR par kilogramme, tandis que le chou de Savoie est le plus cher, avec des prix allant de 1,26 EUR à 1,68 EUR par kilogramme. Notons que les prix pour ces produits n'ont pas changé par rapport aux jours précédents.
  
• À Poznań (WGRO), le chou blanc est vendu à l'unité, avec un prix allant de 0,73 EUR à 0,84 EUR par pièce. Le chou chinois est vendu en cartons de 10 kg, avec des prix variant de 8,38 EUR à 13,61 EUR, ce qui équivaut à un prix par kilogramme de 0,84 EUR à 1,36 EUR. Le chou de Savoie, vendu en unités de 6 pièces, coûte uniformément 5,03 EUR, soit environ 0,84 EUR par pièce. Ici aussi, les prix sont restés stables.
