Comparaison des prix des légumes sur les marchés de gros en Pologne au 21 août 2024

• Dans ce rapport, nous allons comparer les prix de différents types de choux sur trois marchés de gros en Pologne : Varsovie (Bronisze), Poznań (WGRO) et Łódź (Zjazdowa). Les prix sont relevés à la date la plus récente disponible, soit le 21 août 2024.
  
• À Varsovie (Bronisze), le chou blanc est vendu au prix de 0,26 à 0,37 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou blanc précoce se vend entre 1,02 et 1,05 EUR la pièce. Le chou rouge est proposé à un prix allant de 0,34 à 0,38 EUR par kilogramme, tandis que le chou frisé (chou de Milan) coûte entre 1,26 et 1,68 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou chinois est vendu entre 1,31 et 1,57 EUR par kilogramme.
  
• Sur le marché de Poznań (WGRO), les prix sont légèrement différents. Le chou blanc est vendu à un prix de 5,03 à 5,86 EUR pour un sac de 20 kg, soit environ 0,25 à 0,29 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou blanc précoce est vendu à 3,77 à 4,40 EUR pour un paquet de 6 pièces, soit environ 0,63 à 0,73 EUR par pièce. Le chou chinois est proposé à 12,57 à 13,61 EUR pour un paquet de 10 kg, soit environ 1,26 à 1,36 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou frisé est vendu à un prix fixe de 5,03 EUR pour un paquet de 6 pièces, soit environ 0,84 EUR par pièce.
  
• À Łódź (Zjazdowa), le chou est vendu entre 4,19 et 6,28 EUR par sac, ce qui revient à environ 0,42 à 0,63 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou rouge est proposé à un prix allant de 2,09 à 5,24 EUR pour 10 kg, soit environ 0,21 à 0,52 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou blanc frais est vendu entre 0,42 et 1,26 EUR par pièce. Le chou chinois est proposé à 5,24 à 8,38 EUR pour un sac de 5 kg, soit environ 1,05 à 1,68 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou frisé est vendu à un prix allant de 1,05 à 1,68 EUR par pièce.

• In this report, we will compare the prices of different types of cabbages on three wholesale markets in Poland: Warsaw (Bronisze), Poznań (WGRO), and Łódź (Zjazdowa). The prices are recorded on the most recent available date, August 21, 2024.
  
• In Warsaw (Bronisze), white cabbage is sold at a price of 0.26 to 0.37 EUR per kilogram. Early white cabbage is sold at 1.02 to 1.05 EUR per piece. Red cabbage is offered at a price ranging from 0.34 to 0.38 EUR per kilogram, while savoy cabbage costs between 1.26 and 1.68 EUR per kilogram. Chinese cabbage is sold between 1.31 and 1.57 EUR per kilogram.
  
• On the Poznań (WGRO) market, prices are slightly different. White cabbage is sold at a price of 5.03 to 5.86 EUR for a 20 kg bag, which is approximately 0.25 to 0.29 EUR per kilogram. Early white cabbage is sold at 3.77 to 4.40 EUR for a pack of 6 pieces, which is approximately 0.63 to 0.73 EUR per piece. Chinese cabbage is offered at 12.57 to 13.61 EUR for a 10 kg pack, which is approximately 1.26 to 1.36 EUR per kilogram. Savoy cabbage is sold at a fixed price of 5.03 EUR for a pack of 6 pieces, which is approximately 0.84 EUR per piece.
  
• In Łódź (Zjazdowa), cabbage is sold between 4.19 and 6.28 EUR per bag, which is approximately 0.42 to 0.63 EUR per kilogram. Red cabbage is offered at a price ranging from 2.09 to 5.24 EUR for 10 kg, which is approximately 0.21 to 0.52 EUR per kilogram. Fresh white cabbage is sold between 0.42 and 1.26 EUR per piece. Chinese cabbage is offered at 5.24 to 8.38 EUR for a 5 kg bag, which is approximately 1.05 to 1.68 EUR per kilogram. Savoy cabbage is sold at a price ranging from 1.05 to 1.68 EUR per piece.
