Comparaison des prix des oignons sur les marchés de gros en Pologne au 3 février 2026

• Dans ce rapport, nous analysons les prix des différents types d'oignons sur deux des principaux marchés de gros en Pologne : Bronisze à Varsovie et Zjazdowa à Łódź, en date du 3 février 2026.
  
• Sur le marché de Bronisze à Varsovie, le prix de l'oignon blanc oscille entre 0,16 EUR et 0,23 EUR par kilogramme, sans variation par rapport à la période précédente. Pour l'oignon rouge, les prix varient de 0,34 EUR à 0,42 EUR par kilogramme, également sans changement observé. Quant à l'oignon de printemps, vendu à la botte, les prix s'étendent de 0,39 EUR à 0,46 EUR.
  
• En comparaison, sur le marché de Zjazdowa à Łódź, les oignons rouges sont vendus entre 2,09 EUR et 4,19 EUR pour un sac de 5 kg, ce qui équivaut à 0,42 EUR à 0,84 EUR par kilogramme, sans changement de prix. L'oignon de printemps, vendu par lot de 10 pièces, est proposé entre 2,09 EUR et 7,33 EUR, soit un prix par pièce variant significativement. L'échalote est disponible entre 3,14 EUR et 6,28 EUR pour un sac de 5 kg, soit 0,63 EUR à 1,26 EUR par kilogramme. Enfin, l'oignon avec peau, vendu par sac de 15 kg, coûte entre 2,93 EUR et 5,24 EUR, soit 0,19 EUR à 0,35 EUR par kilogramme, sans changement de prix.

  Comparison of Onion Prices on Wholesale Markets in Poland as of February 3, 2026

• In this report, we analyze the prices of various types of onions on two major wholesale markets in Poland: Bronisze in Warsaw and Zjazdowa in Łódź, as of February 3, 2026.
  
• On the Bronisze market in Warsaw, the price of white onions ranges from 0.16 EUR to 0.23 EUR per kilogram, with no change compared to the previous period. For red onions, prices range from 0.34 EUR to 0.42 EUR per kilogram, also without any observed change. As for spring onions, sold in bunches, prices range from 0.39 EUR to 0.46 EUR.
  
• In comparison, on the Zjazdowa market in Łódź, red onions are sold between 2.09 EUR and 4.19 EUR for a 5 kg bag, which equates to 0.42 EUR to 0.84 EUR per kilogram, with no price change. Spring onions, sold in a lot of 10 pieces, are priced between 2.09 EUR and 7.33 EUR, indicating a significant variation in price per piece. Shallots are available between 3.14 EUR and 6.28 EUR for a 5 kg bag, which translates to 0.63 EUR to 1.26 EUR per kilogram. Lastly, onions with skin, sold in a 15 kg bag, cost between 2.93 EUR and 5.24 EUR, or 0.19 EUR to 0.35 EUR per kilogram, with no price change.
