Dans ce rapport, nous analyserons les prix des différents types d'oignons sur les marchés de gros de Varsovie (Bronisze) et de Łódź (Zjazdowa) en Pologne, en date du 2 août 2024.
Pour commencer, les prix des oignons blancs à Varsovie (Bronisze) varient entre 0,25 EUR/kg et 0,29 EUR/kg, sans changement par rapport à la période précédente. À Łódź (Zjazdowa), les mêmes oignons sont vendus entre 2,51 EUR pour un sac de 5 kg (soit 0,50 EUR/kg) et 4,61 EUR pour un sac de 5 kg (soit 0,92 EUR/kg), également sans changement.
Les oignons sucrés à Łódź sont proposés à un prix allant de 5,24 EUR à 7,33 EUR pour un sac de 5 kg (soit 1,05 EUR/kg à 1,47 EUR/kg), avec une baisse significative de 14,3 % par rapport à la période précédente. Ce type d'oignon n'est pas mentionné pour le marché de Varsovie.
Les oignons rouges à Varsovie sont cotés entre 0,63 EUR/kg et 0,84 EUR/kg, sans changement. À Łódź, ils sont vendus entre 4,19 EUR et 6,28 EUR pour un sac de 5 kg (soit 0,84 EUR/kg à 1,26 EUR/kg), sans variation.
Les oignons nouveaux à Varsovie sont disponibles en bottes de 0,42 EUR à 0,58 EUR par botte. À Łódź, les oignons nouveaux avec ciboulette sont vendus entre 3,14 EUR et 8,38 EUR pour 10 pièces, sans changement, ce qui équivaut à environ 0,31 EUR à 0,84 EUR par pièce.
Enfin, les oignons échalotes à Łódź sont proposés à un prix variant de 4,19 EUR à 7,33 EUR pour un sac de 5 kg (soit 0,84 EUR/kg à 1,47 EUR/kg), sans changement.

Comparison of Vegetable Prices in Wholesale Markets in Poland as of August 2, 2024
In this report, we will analyze the prices of various types of onions in the wholesale markets of Warsaw (Bronisze) and Łódź (Zjazdowa) in Poland, as of August 2, 2024.
To begin with, the prices of white onions in Warsaw (Bronisze) range from 0.25 EUR/kg to 0.29 EUR/kg, with no change from the previous period. In Łódź (Zjazdowa), the same onions are sold between 2.51 EUR for a 5 kg bag (i.e., 0.50 EUR/kg) and 4.61 EUR for a 5 kg bag (i.e., 0.92 EUR/kg), also with no change.
Sweet onions in Łódź are offered at a price ranging from 5.24 EUR to 7.33 EUR for a 5 kg bag (i.e., 1.05 EUR/kg to 1.47 EUR/kg), with a significant drop of 14.3% compared to the previous period. This type of onion is not mentioned for the Warsaw market.
Red onions in Warsaw are priced between 0.63 EUR/kg and 0.84 EUR/kg, with no change. In Łódź, they are sold between 4.19 EUR and 6.28 EUR for a 5 kg bag (i.e., 0.84 EUR/kg to 1.26 EUR/kg), with no variation.
