• Dans ce rapport, nous allons comparer les prix des produits maraîchers sur plusieurs marchés de gros en Pologne, en utilisant les données les plus récentes disponibles au 29 août 2024. Les produits analysés incluent le chou blanc, le chou rouge, le chou de Savoie, le chou chinois et la choucroute.
  
• À Varsovie (Bronisze), les prix du chou blanc varient entre 0,26 EUR et 0,37 EUR par kilogramme, sans changement par rapport aux données précédentes. Le chou rouge se vend entre 0,38 EUR et 0,42 EUR par kilogramme, également sans variation de prix. Le chou chinois est coté entre 1,05 EUR et 1,26 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou blanc précoce se vend par lot de 6 pièces entre 3,77 EUR et 4,40 EUR, soit environ 0,63 EUR à 0,73 EUR par pièce. Le chou chinois est coté entre 12,57 EUR et 13,61 EUR pour un carton de 10 kg, soit 1,26 EUR à 1,36 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou de Savoie est vendu par lot de 6 pièces à un prix fixe de 5,03 EUR, soit environ 0,84 EUR par pièce.

• In this report, we will compare the prices of vegetable products in several wholesale markets in Poland, using the most recent data available as of August 29, 2024. The analyzed products include white cabbage, red cabbage, Savoy cabbage, Chinese cabbage, and sauerkraut.
  
• In Warsaw (Bronisze), the prices of white cabbage range from 0.26 EUR to 0.37 EUR per kilogram, with no change from previous data. Red cabbage is sold between 0.38 EUR and 0.42 EUR per kilogram, also without price variation. Chinese cabbage is priced between 1.05 EUR and 1.26 EUR per kilogram. For Savoy cabbage, prices range from 1.26 EUR to 1.68 EUR per kilogram. Sauerkraut is priced between 1.10 EUR and 1.26 EUR per kilogram.
  
• In Poznań (WGRO), the prices of white cabbage are 5.03 EUR to 5.86 EUR for a 20 kg bag, which equals 0.25 EUR to 0.29 EUR per kilogram. Early white cabbage is sold in 6-piece lots between 3.77 EUR and 4.40 EUR, or approximately 0.63 EUR to 0.73 EUR per piece. Chinese cabbage is priced between 12.57 EUR and 13.61 EUR for a 10 kg carton, or 1.26 EUR to 1.36 EUR per kilogram. Savoy cabbage is sold in 6-piece lots at a fixed price of 5.03 EUR, or approximately 0.84 EUR per piece.
  
• In Łódź (Zjazdowa), white cabbage is sold in bags between 4.19 EUR and 6.28 EUR, or 0.21 EUR to 0.31 EUR per kilogram. Red cabbage is priced between 2.09 EUR and 5.24 EUR for a 10 kg bag, or 0.21 EUR to 0.52 EUR per kilogram. Early sauerkraut is sold between 0.84 EUR and 1.26 EUR per kilogram. Chinese cabbage is sold in 5 kg bags between 5.24 EUR and 8.38 EUR, or 1.05 EUR to 1.68 EUR per kilogram. Savoy cabbage is priced between 1.05 EUR and 1.68 EUR per piece.
  
• In Kraków (Rybitwy), the prices of white cabbage range from 0.94 EUR to 1.05 EUR per kilogram. Red cabbage is sold between 0.46 EUR and 0.52 EUR per kilogram. Sauerkraut is priced between 0.63 EUR and 0.84 EUR per kilogram. Chinese cabbage is sold between 0.73 EUR and 0.84 EUR per piece. Finally, Savoy cabbage ranges from 0.88 EUR to 0.94 EUR per piece.
