• Le présent rapport compare les prix des choux sur différents marchés de gros en Pologne en date du 23 juillet 2024. Les données sont tirées des marchés de Varsovie (Bronisze), Poznań (WGRO) et Łódź (Zjazdowa).
  
• Sur le marché de Varsovie (Bronisze), le prix du chou blanc varie entre 0,35 et 0,40 EUR par kilogramme, sans changement par rapport à la période précédente. Le chou blanc précoce se vend entre 1,26 et 1,57 EUR la pièce. Le chou rouge est proposé à des prix allant de 0,27 à 0,34 EUR par kilogramme. La choucroute connaît une augmentation significative de 42,8 %, avec des prix entre 1,23 et 1,47 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou chinois voit une légère baisse de 6,3 %, avec des prix entre 1,05 et 1,31 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou de Savoie reste stable avec des prix entre 1,26 et 1,68 EUR par kilogramme.
  
• À Poznań (WGRO), les prix du chou blanc sont de 0,63 à 0,84 EUR par pièce. Le chou blanc précoce est vendu en paquets de six pièces, avec des prix allant de 3,77 à 4,40 EUR, soit environ 0,63 à 0,73 EUR par pièce. Le chou chinois est proposé en paquets de 10 kg pour des prix entre 8,38 et 9,42 EUR, soit environ 0,84 à 0,94 EUR par kilogramme. Le chou de Savoie se vend par paquets de six pièces à un prix fixe de 5,03 EUR, soit environ 0,84 EUR par pièce.
