• Le présent rapport analyse les prix des oignons sur différents marchés de gros en Pologne, à savoir Varsovie (Bronisze), Poznań (WGRO) et Łódź (Zjazdowa), basés sur les données du 21 août 2024.
  
• À Varsovie (Bronisze), le prix des oignons blancs varie de 0,24 à 0,29 EUR/kg. Les oignons blancs sucrés et à l'ail sont cotés entre 0,52 et 0,73 EUR/kg, tandis que les oignons blancs précoces se situent entre 0,63 et 1,05 EUR/kg. Les oignons rouges coûtent entre 0,63 et 0,84 EUR/kg, et les oignons de printemps en bottes sont vendus entre 0,42 et 0,58 EUR/botte.
  
• À Poznań (WGRO), les oignons blancs pelés sont vendus entre 2,83 et 3,14 EUR pour un sac de 5 kg, soit environ 0,57 à 0,63 EUR/kg. Les oignons blancs en cosses coûtent entre 2,30 et 3,14 EUR pour un sac de 10 kg, soit environ 0,23 à 0,31 EUR/kg. Les oignons rouges en cosses sont cotés entre 3,98 et 4,40 EUR pour un sac de 5 kg, soit environ 0,80 à 0,88 EUR/kg. Les oignons de printemps en bottes de 10 unités sont vendus à un prix fixe de 2,93 EUR, soit environ 0,29 EUR/unité.
  
• À Łódź (Zjazdowa), les oignons blancs sont vendus entre 2,51 et 4,61 EUR pour un sac de 5 kg, soit environ 0,50 à 0,92 EUR/kg. Les oignons doux coûtent entre 5,24 et 7,33 EUR pour un sac de 5 kg, soit environ 1,05 à 1,47 EUR/kg. Les oignons rouges sont cotés entre 4,19 et 6,28 EUR pour un sac de 5 kg, soit environ 0,84 à 1,26 EUR/kg. Les oignons de printemps avec tiges sont vendus entre 3,14 et 8,38 EUR pour un paquet de 10 unités, soit environ 0,31 à 0,84 EUR/unité. Les oignons précoces coupés coûtent entre 2,51 et 5,24 EUR pour un sac de 5 kg, soit environ 0,50 à 1,05 EUR/kg. Les échalotes sont cotées entre 4,19 et 7,33 EUR pour un sac de 5 kg, soit environ 0,84 à 1,47 EUR/kg. Enfin, les oignons en cosses sont vendus entre 3,14 et 5,24 EUR pour un sac de 15 kg, soit environ 0,21 à 0,35 EUR/kg, avec une baisse significative de 40,3 % par rapport à la période précédente.

Spring onions in bunches of 10 units are sold at a fixed price of 2.93 EUR, translating to approximately 0.29 EUR/unit.
  
• In Łódź (Zjazdowa), white onions are sold between 2.51 and 4.61 EUR for a 5 kg bag, translating to approximately 0.50 to 0.92 EUR/kg. Sweet onions cost between 5.24 and 7.33 EUR for a 5 kg bag, translating to approximately 1.05 to 1.47 EUR/kg. Red onions are priced between 4.19 and 6.28 EUR for a 5 kg bag, translating to approximately 0.84 to 1.26 EUR/kg. Spring onions with stalks are sold between 3.14 and 8.38 EUR for a package of 10 units, translating to approximately 0.31 to 0.84 EUR/unit. Early cut onions cost between 2.51 and 5.24 EUR for a 5 kg bag, translating to approximately 0.50 to 1.05 EUR/kg. Shallots are priced between 4.19 and 7.33 EUR for a 5 kg bag, translating to approximately 0.84 to 1.47 EUR/kg. Finally, onions in husks are sold between 3.14 and 5.24 EUR for a 15 kg bag, translating to approximately 0.21 to 0.35 EUR/kg, with a significant decrease of 40.3% compared to the previous period.
