• Nel presente rapporto analiziamo i prezzi di vari prodotti freschi nei principali mercati all'ingrosso in Polonia, con dati aggiornati al 15 ottobre 2023.
  
• Partiamo con le mele, che al mercato all'ingrosso di Bronisze sono quotate a 0,50 EUR/kg. Rispetto alla settimana precedente, il prezzo è rimasto stabile, senza variazioni significative. Al mercato di Poznań, invece, le mele mostrano un leggero aumento, passando da 0,48 EUR/kg a 0,52 EUR/kg, indicando una crescita del 4,2%.
  
• Passando alle patate, al mercato di Wrocław, il prezzo è di 0,30 EUR/kg, con un incremento del 10% rispetto alla settimana precedente, quando il prezzo era di 0,27 EUR/kg. Al mercato di Gdańsk, le patate mantengono un prezzo stabile di 0,28 EUR/kg.
  
• Per quanto riguarda i pomodori, al mercato di Łódź, il prezzo attuale è di 1,20 EUR/kg, in leggero calo rispetto a 1,25 EUR/kg della settimana precedente. Al mercato di Katowice, invece, il prezzo è più alto, attestandosi a 1,30 EUR/kg, ma è rimasto invariato rispetto alla settimana scorsa.
  
• Infine, i cetrioli al mercato di Varsavia sono quotati a 0,85 EUR/kg, con una diminuzione del 5,5% rispetto al prezzo di 0,90 EUR/kg di due settimane fa. Al mercato di Cracovia, i cetrioli sono venduti a 0,88 EUR/kg, indicando una leggera stabilità nei prezzi.

• In this report, we analyze the prices of various fresh products in major wholesale markets in Poland, with data updated as of October 15, 2023.
  
• Let's start with apples, which are quoted at 0.50 EUR/kg at the Bronisze wholesale market. Compared to the previous week, the price has remained stable, with no significant changes. In the Poznań market, however, apples show a slight increase, rising from 0.48 EUR/kg to 0.52 EUR/kg, indicating a growth of 4.2%.
  
• Moving on to potatoes, in the Wrocław market, the price is 0.30 EUR/kg, with a 10% increase from the previous week when the price was 0.27 EUR/kg. In the Gdańsk market, potatoes maintain a stable price of 0.28 EUR/kg.
  
• Regarding tomatoes, in the Łódź market, the current price is 1.20 EUR/kg, a slight decrease from 1.25 EUR/kg the previous week. In the Katowice market, however, the price is higher, standing at 1.30 EUR/kg, but it has remained unchanged from last week.
  
• Finally, cucumbers in the Warsaw market are quoted at 0.85 EUR/kg, with a 5.5% decrease from the price of 0.90 EUR/kg two weeks ago. In the Kraków market, cucumbers are sold at 0.88 EUR/kg, indicating slight price stability.
