• Nel presente rapporto, analiziamo le variazioni di prezzo di diversi prodotti ortofrutticoli sui mercati all'ingrosso in Polonia, con dati aggiornati al 15 ottobre 2023. Questo confronto ci permette di comprendere meglio le dinamiche di mercato e le tendenze attuali.
  
• Partiamo con le mele, che sono un prodotto di grande interesse. Sul mercato all'ingrosso di Varsavia, il prezzo delle mele Golden Delicious è di 0,50 EUR/kg, mentre a Poznań il prezzo è leggermente inferiore, attestandosi a 0,45 EUR/kg. Rispetto alla settimana precedente, entrambi i mercati hanno visto un aumento di 0,05 EUR/kg.
  
• Passando alle patate, sul mercato di Cracovia il prezzo per il varietà Irga è di 0,30 EUR/kg. Questo rappresenta un calo di 0,02 EUR/kg rispetto alla settimana precedente. A Varsavia, invece, le patate della stessa varietà sono vendute a 0,32 EUR/kg, mantenendo stabile il prezzo rispetto ai dati precedenti.
  
• Le cipolle, un altro prodotto chiave, mostrano un interessante trend di prezzi. A Łódź, le cipolle gialle sono vendute a 0,40 EUR/kg, mentre a Breslavia il prezzo è di 0,38 EUR/kg. Entrambi i mercati hanno visto una riduzione di 0,03 EUR/kg rispetto alla settimana precedente.
  
• Infine, le carote sui mercati di Gdańsk e Szczecin hanno registrato prezzi di 0,28 EUR/kg e 0,30 EUR/kg rispettivamente. A Gdańsk, il prezzo è diminuito di 0,01 EUR/kg, mentre a Szczecin è rimasto invariato.

• Let's start with apples, which are a product of great interest. In the Warsaw wholesale market, the price of Golden Delicious apples is 0.50 EUR/kg, while in Poznań the price is slightly lower, at 0.45 EUR/kg. Compared to the previous week, both markets have seen an increase of 0.05 EUR/kg.
  
• Moving on to potatoes, in the Krakow market, the price for the Irga variety is 0.30 EUR/kg. This represents a decrease of 0.02 EUR/kg compared to the previous week. In Warsaw, however, potatoes of the same variety are sold at 0.32 EUR/kg, keeping the price stable compared to previous data.
  
• Onions, another key product, show an interesting price trend. In Łódź, yellow onions are sold at 0.40 EUR/kg, while in Wrocław the price is 0.38 EUR/kg. Both markets have seen a reduction of 0.03 EUR/kg compared to the previous week.
  
• Finally, carrots in the markets of Gdańsk and Szczecin have recorded prices of 0.28 EUR/kg and 0.30 EUR/kg respectively. In Gdańsk, the price decreased by 0.01 EUR/kg, while in Szczecin it remained unchanged.
