Prezzi dei Prodotti Ortofrutticoli nei Mercati all'Ingrosso in Polonia al 15 ottobre 2023

• Nel presente rapporto analiziamo le variazioni dei prezzi di alcuni prodotti ortofrutticoli freschi nei principali mercati all'ingrosso della Polonia, con dati aggiornati al 15 ottobre 2023. L'obiettivo è fornire un quadro dettagliato delle tendenze di prezzo, utile per operatori del settore e potenziali investitori.
  
• Nel mercato all'ingrosso di Varsavia, le mele sono vendute al prezzo di 0,50 EUR per kg. Rispetto alla settimana precedente, il prezzo è rimasto stabile, senza variazioni significative. Al contrario, a Poznań, il prezzo delle mele è leggermente aumentato, passando da 0,48 EUR per kg a 0,52 EUR per kg.
  
• Le cipolle, un prodotto di prima necessità, mostrano dinamiche diverse. A Cracovia, il prezzo delle cipolle è sceso da 0,45 EUR per kg a 0,40 EUR per kg, indicando un calo del 11,1%. Tuttavia, nel mercato di Breslavia, il prezzo è aumentato da 0,42 EUR per kg a 0,44 EUR per kg.
  
• Nel settore delle verdure a foglia, la lattuga è quotata a 1,20 EUR per kg nel mercato di Łódź, con un aumento del 5% rispetto alla settimana precedente, dove il prezzo era di 1,14 EUR per kg. Nel mercato di Gdańsk, invece, la lattuga ha mantenuto un prezzo stabile di 1,15 EUR per kg.

• In this report, we analyze the price variations of some fresh fruit and vegetable products in the major wholesale markets of Poland, with data updated to October 15, 2023. The aim is to provide a detailed overview of price trends, useful for industry operators and potential investors.
  
• In the Warsaw wholesale market, apples are sold at a price of 0.50 EUR per kg. Compared to the previous week, the price has remained stable, without significant changes. Conversely, in Poznań, the price of apples has slightly increased, rising from 0.48 EUR per kg to 0.52 EUR per kg.
  
• Onions, a staple product, show different dynamics. In Kraków, the price of onions has dropped from 0.45 EUR per kg to 0.40 EUR per kg, indicating a decrease of 11.1%. However, in the Wrocław market, the price has increased from 0.42 EUR per kg to 0.44 EUR per kg.
  
• In the leafy vegetable sector, lettuce is quoted at 1.20 EUR per kg in the Łódź market, with an increase of 5% compared to the previous week, where the price was 1.14 EUR per kg. In the Gdańsk market, however, lettuce has maintained a stable price of 1.15 EUR per kg.
