Rapporto sui prezzi all'ingrosso di frutta e verdura fresca in Polonia al 16 ottobre 2023

• Nel presente rapporto analiziamo le variazioni di prezzo dei prodotti freschi nei principali mercati all'ingrosso della Polonia al 16 ottobre 2023. Osserviamo una notevole variabilità nei prezzi delle mele, delle patate e dei pomodori tra i diversi mercati.
  
• Iniziando con le mele, al mercato all'ingrosso di Varsavia, il prezzo delle mele Gala è di 0,70 EUR/kg, mostrando un aumento del 5% rispetto alla settimana precedente. A Poznań, lo stesso prodotto si vende a 0,65 EUR/kg, senza variazioni rispetto alla settimana scorsa. Al contrario, a Cracovia, le mele Gala sono quotate a 0,60 EUR/kg, registrando una diminuzione del 3%.
  
• Passando alle patate, al mercato di Łódź, le patate bianche vengono vendute a 0,30 EUR/kg, con un incremento del 10% rispetto alla settimana precedente. A Wrocław, il prezzo è leggermente inferiore, attestandosi a 0,28 EUR/kg, in aumento del 7%. Infine, a Gdańsk, le patate mantengono un prezzo stabile di 0,32 EUR/kg.
  
• Per quanto riguarda i pomodori, al mercato di Katowice, i pomodori da serra sono quotati a 1,20 EUR/kg, segnando un incremento del 4%. A Varsavia, invece, il prezzo è di 1,15 EUR/kg, e a Poznań, i pomodori si vendono a 1,10 EUR/kg, entrambi senza variazioni significative rispetto alla settimana precedente.

• In this report, we analyze the price fluctuations of fresh products in major wholesale markets in Poland as of October 16, 2023. We observe significant variability in the prices of apples, potatoes, and tomatoes across different markets.
  
• Starting with apples, at the Warsaw wholesale market, the price of Gala apples is 0.70 EUR/kg, showing a 5% increase compared to the previous week. In Poznań, the same product sells for 0.65 EUR/kg, with no change from last week. Conversely, in Kraków, Gala apples are priced at 0.60 EUR/kg, registering a 3% decrease.
  
• Moving on to potatoes, at the Łódź market, white potatoes are sold at 0.30 EUR/kg, with a 10% increase from the previous week. In Wrocław, the price is slightly lower at 0.28 EUR/kg, up by 7%. Finally, in Gdańsk, potatoes maintain a stable price of 0.32 EUR/kg.
