• Nel presente rapporto analizziamo i prezzi della lattuga nei principali mercati all'ingrosso della Polonia, con dati aggiornati al 19 luglio 2024. I mercati considerati sono: Bronisze (Varsavia), WGRO (Poznań), Praska Giełda Spożywcza, Targpiast (Wrocław) e Zjazdowa (Łódź).
  
• A Bronisze (Varsavia), la lattuga corrugata è quotata tra 0,63 EUR e 0,84 EUR al pezzo, con un prezzo stabile. La lattuga iceberg mostra un leggero aumento del 3,7%, con prezzi che variano tra 0,81 EUR e 1,26 EUR al pezzo. La lattuga butterhead ha prezzi stabili tra 0,63 EUR e 0,73 EUR al pezzo. La lattuga mista importata ha visto una diminuzione del 4,4%, con prezzi che oscillano tra 4,19 EUR e 4,82 EUR al chilogrammo.
  
• A Poznań (WGRO), i prezzi del 17 luglio 2024 indicano che la lattuga iceberg è venduta tra 6,91 EUR e 7,54 EUR per confezione da 10 pezzi, mentre la lattuga butterhead è venduta a 8,38 EUR per confezione da 16 pezzi, entrambi con prezzi stabili.
  
• Alla Praska Giełda Spożywcza, il 17 luglio 2024, la lattuga iceberg ha mostrato un drastico aumento del 42,9%, con un prezzo fisso di 1,05 EUR al pezzo. Anche la lattuga butterhead ha visto un incremento del 16,7%, con un prezzo fisso di 0,73 EUR al pezzo.
