Topic of the report: Comparison of Strawberry Prices on Different Wholesale Markets in Poland - As of 2nd September 2024

• In this report, we compare the prices of strawberries on two main wholesale markets in Poland as of the most recent data. The analysis covers the markets in Warsaw (Bronisze) and Łódź (Zjazdowa).
  
• On the Warsaw (Bronisze) wholesale market, the prices of strawberries ranged from 4.19 EUR to 5.86 EUR per kilogram as of 30th August 2024. There was no change in the price compared to the previous reporting period.
  
• In contrast, on the Łódź (Zjazdowa) wholesale market, the prices of strawberries were recorded between 3.35 EUR (6.70 EUR for a 2 kg unit) and 3.67 EUR (7.33 EUR for a 2 kg unit) per kilogram as of 2nd September 2024. Similar to the Warsaw market, there was no change in the price from the previous period.
  
• Overall, it can be observed that strawberry prices are higher in Warsaw (Bronisze) compared to Łódź (Zjazdowa). Specifically, the maximum price in Warsaw is approximately 1.50 EUR higher per kilogram than in Łódź.
