• On August 21, 2024, the prices of various types of tomatoes were recorded and compared across three major wholesale markets in Poland: Warsaw (Bronisze), Poznan (WGRO), and Wroclaw (Targpiast).
  
• At the Warsaw (Bronisze) market, the prices of tomatoes showed some variation. Ground tomatoes were priced between €0.31 and €0.52 per kilogram, with no change from the previous pricing. Rose tomatoes were noted between €0.87 and €1.12 per kilogram, marking an increase of 5.6%. Glasshouse tomatoes ranged from €0.84 to €1.05 per kilogram, displaying a decrease of 6.8%.
  
• In Poznan's WGRO market, tomato prices were listed as follows: Tomato lima was uniform at €5.28 per 6 kg box, equating to €0.88 per kilogram with no price change. Rose tomatoes were priced between €5.24 and €5.65 per 6 kg box, translating to a range of €0.87 to €0.94 per kilogram, with no change. Glasshouse tomatoes ranged between €5.03 and €5.65 per 6 kg box, converting to €0.84 to €0.94 per kilogram, also showing no change. Plum tomatoes were priced between €6.28 and €6.91 per 6 kg box, equivalent to €1.05 to €1.15 per kilogram, with the prices remaining stable.
  
• Lastly, at Wroclaw's Targpiast market, various tomato prices were consistent with no recorded change. General tomatoes ranged from €0.63 to €0.84 per kilogram. Tomato lima was priced between €0.42 and €0.63 per kilogram. Rose tomatoes shared the same price range as the general tomatoes, between €0.63 and €0.84 per kilogram.
